Each Bann Signature bag is carefully inspected before shipment. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, reported within 48 hours with clear photo or video proof. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, size selection, normal wear and tear, or natural leather variations. Refunds for approved returns will be processed via the original payment method after inspection, with processing times depending on your payment provider.
