Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service selected. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to monitor delivery status.

Exchange Policy

We take quality seriously at Bann Signature. Each item is inspected before shipment.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Clear photos or videos are provided as proof

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural leather characteristics such as grain variations or minor texture differences

 

Return Process
Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider policies.
